About Us

 Step into our fun world of fitness with our ABC board book, available for purchase on this website. In 2020 when the world was shut down, Rebekah and I were brainstorming projects at her kitchen table when the idea of a children’s book came up. Given the state of the world, we thought it would be great to introduce health and fitness into kids lives as early as possible. We completed the book and then… shelved it. After three years we decided to be dream chasers and have the book published. Join us as we attempt to inspire young minds to embrace a healthy lifestyle, one letter at a time.
